Hi, I am Mariann, your fitness trainer.
I am a Mum of two active boys.
Sport has been a part of my life since childhood. I grew up playing handball and later pursued my passion for movement by studying to become a Physical Education teacher. Over the years, I’ve taught a variety of fitness classes, including Body Pump, LBT (Legs, Bums, and Tums), HIIT, Aerobics, Steps.
Staying active has always been my way of life, and I’m a big believer in the power of prevention through fitness and healthy living. I am a big fun of running too. Recently, I rekindled my love for group fitness classes, and it reminded me how much I enjoy sharing this passion with others.
