Please remember to bring water, a small towel, and wear comfortable clothes.

Click on the "View Packages" for further savings. You can use the packages for Total Body Conditioning (Monday) , Full Body Circuit (Tuesday) and for Total Body Shape Up Circuit (Saturday) classes.

Additionally, please be aware that we have a 24 hour cancellation policy for your convenience.

Legs, Bums & Tums (Thursday), Total Body Conditioning (Friday Morning) & Step Aerobics (Friday Evening) classes are  booked separately.
